Rare Beings

This modern world we now see
Full of lies,betrayal, deceit
Our spirit? our soul?
Or will the mind take it all?
Will we surface when we drew
Will we rise when beaten down
Take whats ours and leave
Or take more cause of greed
This cruel world sucks us in
But only the strong can see its sin
These rare beings shut their mind
Let their soul be their guide
"Will I be one?" I wonder
Of those who rise when we go under
Our leaders for the next life
The kings and queens of the divine
These rare beings that walk the earth
They see beyond money worth
We think we won but that's not true
They're the once that made it through
We are naive in our own way
To not hear what they have to say
And as they preach, sing to the quiere
They save our souls from a blazing fire
